Hello Fabi, great to e-meet you! For those unfamiliar with you, tell us a little about yourself outside of showbiz.
Hello, great to e-meet you, as well! Here’s a little bit about myself outside singing, acting, and dancing! I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but moved to Miami, Florida when I was four years old. I love to bake, run, work out, meditate, and do yoga with my best friend over FaceTime. I am fluent in Spanish, and my family is from Ecuador. I am currently learning American Sign Language, French, and Italian. I would love to learn Portuguese in the near future.
Tell us about your role in the remake of SNOW DAY and why you think people are going to want to watch it?
I am Lane in the musical remake of SNOW DAY! Lane is Hal Brandston’s best friend, and a very lovable girl. She is funny, sarcastic, fearless, and overall, a great friend who ultimately would do anything for her best friend to be happy. I believe people are going to want to watch this movie because of the incredible music, and musical numbers, and because it teaches people of all ages that anything is possible when you believe in yourself and are determined to achieve your dreams.
Were you familiar with the original before booking the new version? If so, how does this new version differ?
I was not familiar with the film prior to auditioning for the role. I watched the original after I found out I had gotten the role, to get an idea of Schuyler Fisk’s interpretation of this character. I made sure to keep her heart, and essence, while bringing my own flare, and personality to her. This new version is different because we have musical numbers now! I feel like having these musical numbers helps me, as an actor, to portray Lane in a different way, as well as dive deeper into her persona, and help get her motives across to the audience.
What was the best part about filming the movie?
The best part of filming this movie was not just singing, acting, and dancing in the snow, but getting to work with this incredible cast and crew. I learned so much from every single person on this production, and I met my best, best friends. They became my favorite people ever, and that is such a blessing.
And the worst?
There was truly no bad part of filming this movie. I enjoyed every single second of filming and rehearsing.
What has been your number one, ALL-TIME FAVORITE moment in show biz so far?
My number one, ALL-TIME FAVORITE moment in show biz so far was probably my opening night in Les Mis on Broadway. It was a nerve-wracking night, but such an exciting one at the same time.
What advice do you have for actresses your age who want to be successful like you?
Be humble always, and never forget where you came from. And always remember that whenever a door closes on you, don’t ever give up! There will always be another one open!
If you could have one superpower in real life, what would it be and why?
If I could have one superpower in real life, I would probably want to teleport, so I can visit my friends who don’t live in the same state as I do.
If we asked your friends what your best quality is, what would they say?
I believe they would say I am very caring and understanding.
Favorite snack?
My favorite snack would probably be bananas, strawberries, grapes, or rice cakes with jam!
Favorite holiday (and why)?
My favorite holiday is DEFINITELY Christmas! I love listening to Christmas carols, putting up a tree, and decorations, giving gifts, and the smells of the season, such as peppermint. I also love baking Christmas cookies, and watching Christmas movies.

Tell me something people would be surprised to know about you.
I have never seen Harry Potter!
Tell me ONE food you REFUSE to eat and why?
I REFUSE to eat octopus! The tentacles make me feel like I’m the one getting eaten.
What else are you working on or have coming up next?
I am currently working on graduating school a couple months earlier, recording music, and auditioning!
